Inspired by weeping willows and lace, a gorgeous blonde and her stylish man plus an adorable puggle named Dexter.

This year’s Wedding Palace Bridal Show has already proven to be an incredible success – yay!

Thanks to all the beautiful brides and handsome grooms who stopped by for a chat with me and Melanie. I knew 2012 was going to be amazing and it’s looking like 2013 too, so fun!

I can’t believe 2011 has already come and gone – can you? Holy cow this year flew by and it has been a HUGE year for AMBphoto. We tripled our weddings from 2010 and over doubled the family, newborn and engagement sessions. I don’t even know where we found all the time! It’s been a year full of learning, fun, love and beauty in which we welcomed a new little boy into our lives (my nephew Christopher) and got an adorable little puppy much to the chagrin of our loveable cat. We had an incredible experience photographing an engagement session and wedding in Provence, France and rocked the Ottawa wedding world with our light, romantic, soft style. We were once again published on a bunch of fabulous blogs and re-vamped our website with tons of new work. Phewf!

2012 has already surpassed weddings booked at this time last year and we have another incredible destination wedding planned, this time in Puerto Rico. Yep, we’re pretty excited. And who knows what else is around the corner. The Wedding Palace Bridal Show is first up in January where we’re sure to meet hundreds of fabulous brides and grooms followed by a winter wedding and an exciting workshop in Georgia. I can hardly stand it I’m so excited to get started. But first, here’s a look back at some of our favorite images from our 2011 engagement sessions and weddings.
